 Weighing the cost indicator from two standard levels
 Income approach
 General income approach with sensitivity analyses
 simplified income approach (with long RND)
 Income approach with periodically varying returns
 Residual value method
 calculation
 the linear depreciation
 the yield multiplier
 Discount / discount factor
 Compounding / Compounding factor
 The Excel tool can only be used in conjunction with Microsoft Excel.
