A revision can be carried out as a preventative measure when drafting the contract, during the construction phase ex ante (accompanying) or ex post (retrospectively) and can help to improve and ensure the transparency, cost-effectiveness, quality and efficiency of architectural and engineering services.

The aim is to avoid asset losses, realize savings and ensure the sustainability of economic activity.

Recommendation for action
